Faculty Position - Cytogenetics (Academic/Clinician Track)
The Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology at the University of Minnesota Medical School seeks a full-time faculty member with clinical responsibilities in cytogenetics. Academic rank, compensation and appointment type will be based on qualifications and experience. Candidates must have demonstrated ability in teaching and scholarly productivity. The position is open to MDs or PhDs with training in Cytogenetics or Laboratory Genetics and Genomics. Requirements include ABMGG Board certification or eligibility in Clinical Cytogenetics or in Laboratory Genetics and Genomics. Experience with laboratory direction in a large, complex laboratory is preferred; experience in developing and implementing clinical assays is strongly preferred.The Cyto
