Position Purpose The Tissue Recovery Supervisor directly manages the tissue recovery staff, training, and day to day operations of the tissue team.  In addition to having a working knowledge of tissue recovery, the Tissue Recovery Supervisor understands the tissue banking industry and should have working knowledge of the recovery department procedures and daily operations.  The Tissue Recovery Supervisor executes policy created by Directors and keeps their Recovery Coordinators and Part-time/Per Diem Recovery staff informed of events in their area of responsibility.
