Job DescriptionPT 40 hours bi-weeklyGeneral Summary:Under limited supervision, the Cardiac Ultrasound Technician is responsible for performing complete and optimally diagnostic ultrasound exams, including 2D/M Mode, Doppler color flow, and trans-esophageal echocardiography. The technician must have knowledge of anatomy and physiology and have the ability to recognize subtle differences between healthy and pathological area. The technician must be able to record the exam, perform measurements, and be able to recognize abnormal conditions which need to be reported to the physician urgently.
