What you’ll be doing:
With minimum supervision, you’ll use your analytical and technical skills to conduct moderate to high complexity testing on clinical specimens in various areas of the hospital core laboratory, including hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, immunology, and chemistry.
We want to hear from you if you:
Have a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or one of the physical sciences – Biology, Chemistry
Possess 2 years of experience in a designated clinical laboratory setting
Have a current NYS License as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist; ASCP (MT or MLS) and knowledge of LIS preferred
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills and proficient with computers
Can pass a test for color blindness
