RESEARCH FELLOW - Mechanisms of Muscle Cell Fusion
DescriptionThe Millay lab at Cincinnati Children's has an opening for a postdoctoral fellow with experience in cell biology, biochemistry, or structural biology to work on exciting projects related to the mechanisms of muscle cell fusion. Our lab discovered the muscle-specific fusogens (Myomaker and Myomerger) that control the membrane fusion reaction in muscle cells, and we utilize cutting-edge technologies to understand how these proteins work.
