We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy Manager of Laboratory Medicine who will manage the Clinical Pathology (CP) and Phlebotomy sections in the Department of Pathology. They will facilitate the integration and management of daily functions within assigned areas and act as an institutional resource to CP medical staff and ensures optimal workflow and client satisfaction. As this position provides management support for the section supervisors of daily operations of assigned areas, the successful candidate will take the lead on strategic initiatives and motivate and inspire the team to make positive changes. They will coordinate long term planning activities from clinical and operational perspectives and work to integrate the institutional perspective into local operating systems Responsibilities: A listing of the key responsibilities:
