Medical Laboratory Scientist Lead - (Sign-On Bonus) Laboratory

*Experienced/Certified Medical Lab Scientist may qualify for up to a $5,000 sign on bonus! JOB SUMMARY: This position, the Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist / Clinical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Technologist under minimal supervision, is responsible for independently performing complex laboratory tests on blood, body fluids, cells, and tissues that includes standardized microscopic, chemical, and/or bacteriological testing. All the Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist / Clinical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Technologist testing is performed in accordance with laboratory policies and procedures, FDA, CAP, OSHA, CLIA, and Joint Commission regulations and guidelines.
