Description

We are seeking (Adult and/or Pediatric) Cardiac Echo sonographers for full-time and part-time positions in our hospital system in Portland Oregon. Please Note: We are NOT a Temp or Mobile service. We have been serving our six hospitals in Portland Oregon for over twenty-five years.

About our Position:
Working together as part of our team, you will be performing cardiac diagnostic ultrasound exams and special procedures related to cardiac imaging in accordance with established protocols, policies and procedures. Ability to apply your diagnostic scanning skills together with independent judgment in applying knowledge of clinical cardiology, ultrasound imaging technology, and problem-solving skills for a thorough ultrasound evaluation, appropriate, accurate measurements, while tailoring and expanding the exam to ensure comprehensiveness and diagnostic accuracy. Complete accurate, diagnostic reports, using our digital PACS system for our cardiologists to review and complete in a timely manner.

For over twenty-five years in each of our family of hospitals in Portland Oregon, our ICAEL accredited Team of Cardiac Sonographers provide every aspect of cardiac echocardiography services. We provide our expertise in Advanced Interventional Cardiology, with TAVR, Watchman, MV Clips, Ablations, STENT Therapy, Robotic surgeries, as well as all other aspects of Adult Echocardiography. We also provide comprehensive Pediatric Echocardiography OP/IP, surgical and interventional diagnostic services. We provide every aspect of cardiac diagnostic ultrasound imaging, management, operations and accreditation services for our family of hospitals in Portland 24/7/365 for over 2.5 decades.

Requirements

Registered by either ARDMS or CCI is required. An Oregon Board of Medical Imaging License (We can assist in obtaining your license). (Temp License can be obtained if just graduating from an approved program, and not yet Board Registered)

This license is required prior to employment start date (We can help you in obtaining this License, if you qualify with the following requirements): Graduation from an approved program in Cardiac ultrasound, with ARDMS or CCI Registry, (or recently graduated from an approved Program).
