| Marshfield Clinic Park Falls Center offers family medicine and internal medicine. The Center also provides same day access for urgent/acute problems. The Medical Laboratory Technician/Medical Technologist Team Leader is responsible for day-to-day staffing needs, problem resolution, orientation of new staff, and facilitation of section or lab meetings in conjunction with the Manager. This individual will continue performing the routine duties of their position according to the procedures established for the lab, and participating in the supportive functions and problem resolution in their area of the lab. MLT: Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent (i.e., Military trained – Medical Lab Specialist certificate of training obtained prior to April 24, 1995) MT: Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology (MT), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), Chemical, physical, or Biological. Both require: Two years of experience and Certification or eligibility for certification by American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
