General Endocrinologist needed in Northern California
Adventist Health Ukiah Valley is actively seeking a mission-minded Endocrinologist to join a growing and busy Internal Medicine office in the rural health clinic directly across from the hospital.
The ideal candidate is a BC/BE physician who is excited to provide compassionate care to patients in the small town of Ukiah, CA. Serving an area that includes three counties; Mendocino, Lake and Humboldt, this is an outstanding opportunity for a physician who wants to live in a beautiful, family-friendly community and work with an under-served patient population. There are no endocrinologists within these three counties which would aid in the provider ramping up quickly. There is also an option for providing telemedicine for other Adventist Health facilities within the Northern CA region. This current position requires on-site clinic time in both Ukiah and Willits.
There are many reasons why top-tier Endocrinologists should consider this opportunity including: a collegial environment with highly qualified medical leadership and outstanding nursing support (OCN certified); research and clinical trial possibilities; no required call; a competitive incentivized compensation plan that includes guaranteed income, relocation and a comprehensive benefits package (401k, Medical, etc.).
No required call with a clinic schedule of Monday through Thursday with a short day on Friday.
Candidates must be California licensed or eligible and meet the hospital’s medical staff credentialing requirements.
